All people aged 22-35 are welcome to join St. Teresa for monthly conversations. Each session will be 7-9 PM at Beermiscuous ( 2812 N Lincoln Ave, Chicago, IL 60657) on each day.

Fr. Brett Williams - September 24th

Fr. Brett Williams is the new pastoral administrator of St. Josaphat parish in Lincoln Park. Over his 25 years of ministry, Fr. Brett has worked in the Apostolic Nunciature (embassy of the Vatican) in South Africa, Chancellor of the Archdiocese of Durban in South Africa, associate pastor at St. Clement in Lincoln Park, and a strategic Church relationship builder for Alpha.

Fernanda Balderrama - October 16th

Fernanda Balderrama is a young Latina from Phoenix, Arizona who is dedicated to ministry and theological reflection. She holds a master’s degree in Hispanic Theology and Ministry from the Catholic Theological Union (CTU), where she now works as an admissions counselor. Committed to serving her community, she facilitates Caminando Juntos, a theological reflection group for Hispanic young adults, and is a member of the formation team for Iskali, a Hispanic Catholic young adult ministry.

Payton Ramsey - November 19th

Payton Ramsey is originally from the south suburbs of Chicago, where she attended Marian Catholic High School. Last spring, she graduated with a BFA in Film and Television Production from DePaul University and is now a first year Pathways student at CTU, working towards a MA in Pastoral Studies. Her passion for ministry developed through her work at DePaul’s Catholic Campus Ministry leading an affirming faith-based small group for LGBTQIA+ students.

Outside of her studies, Payton enjoys spending time with loved ones, discovering new music, and travelling to various parts of the world. She loves spending time in nature, including hiking and camping, and became one of the first female Eagle Scouts within the BSA. Payton is beyond excited to share her passions for both faith and storytelling with the communities around her.
